The agent did not know what to answer, so we had to wait for an entire day until we got an answer. Then, we decided to contact the writer and ask for a revision. We were told that we should contact the customer service department to get a revision, and we did. We did this, but we still did not get our money back. The company says that they have free revisions, but they do not provide them. When we asked for a revision, we had to wait for two weeks before we were given a chance to speak to the writer again.
